Abstract:Based on the weak link of flood control and drought relief in Dandong City of Liaoning Province, this paper carries out the technical research and application of the flood control and drought relief command system in Dandong City.From the overall design, functional design and system integration, a set of modern flood control and drought relief command system with rivers as the main line of consultation, reservoirs and hydrological stations as control nodes, providesing support for consultation and integrating various flood control information are constructed. The system not only provides technology support for flood control consultation of Dandong City, but also realizes synchronous consultation with provincial flood control and drought relief headquarters office. Through the practical test of several flood seasons, the system runs stably and the effect is remarkable, which improves the efficiency of forecasting and dispatching in Dandong City, and has reference significance for flood control and drought relief work in other similar areas.
