Abstract:Synthesizing the characteristics of flood control patterns in the Yishusi River Basin,this study has established a flood pre-dispatching model for the Yishusi River Basin using mathematic approaches of objective functions,constraint conditions, three-level hierarchical decomposition-coordination-optimization method and so on. Based on the built model and under the current working conditions,the pre-dispatching simulation analysis has been carried out on the basis of the flood processes of every 20,50 and 100 years,respectively. Results indicate that after the preliminary dispatching on flood control projects by responding timely according to flood forecasting information in the event of the designed flood on every 20,50 and 100 years, the highest water level of the subordinate lakes of Nansi Lake,as well as Luoma Lake,and the maximum discharges of canal stations have decreased,and the flood detention volume of Huangdun Lake has also decreased accordingly. It significantly alleviated the flood control pressure in the basin and has reduced the loss of regional flood,which has manifested that the predispatching of flood control projects has proved to be significantly effective.
