Abstract:Liaocheng section of the East Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project borrows the design concept of small canal,Zhaowang River,Zhougong River and other rivers to take into account local flood prevention and drainage,and adopts the operation mode of direct management by higher-level on-site management units. It is urgent to integrate the main channel of South-to-North water transfer into local flood control and drought relief system,construct the flood control and drought relief system of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and ensure the safety of flood prevention and drainage benefits of the project. Based on the actual management of flood prevention and drainage in Liaocheng section of the project,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and characteristics of flood prevention and drainage of the project,focusing on the basic methods of integrating the project into the flood control and drought relief system in Liaocheng city and urban areas and the achievements of flood prevention and drainage in recent years.
