Abstract:Along with the process of urban modernization, the problem of urban waterlogging is becoming more and more serious. Most cities in China have experienced urban waterlogging. However, experts, scholars and the public have certain deviations in their understanding of waterlogging. Many people do not realize that waterlogging is caused by the development of rainfall and waterlogging to a certain extent, and waterlogging is not equal to waterlogging. Based on the InfoWorks ICM software, a rainfall-runoff model of urban roads was constructed to simulate the development process of road waterlogging under different slopes and different return periods of rainfall, and to clarify the variation rule of waterlogging depth. It can help people to understand the process of waterlogging, and also help relevant departments to carry out waterlogging prevention work.
