Abstract:One of the critical factors for flash flood disaster prevention is to rapid processing monitoring data with high precision. Using advanced technology of cloud computing, mobile internet, big data, and specialty system on website, a new model of “Cloud Platform + Micro-App” is developed for flood control and management to achieve the goal of information exchange, data sharing, business cooperation, and decision making among cities, counties, towns, villages in Hunan Province. In this paper, flash flood monitoring and early warning system based on cloud architecture are introduced in detail, including system characteristic, design principles, overall architecture, and design objectives. The system provides a reference for other relevant system construction.
