Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to review the state-of-the-art of dynamic control of flood limited water level from theoretical research and research on multi-reservoir system.The theoretical research focus on three aspects:the real-time dynamic control flood limited water level during pre-storing and pre-releasing procedure,as well as the utilization criteria forecast information.Four aspects on dynamic control of flood limited water level for multi-reservoir system are reviewed.The main ideas and applicable conditions of the methodologies to determine the boundary and dynamic control of flood limited water level are discussed comprehensibly.Lastly,in view of the current research and existing problems of dynamic control flood limited water level,future research prospects are put forward:① the availability analysis theory of forecast information for multi-reservoir system;② the theory and methodology of flood risk analysis for the whole process of dynamic control of flood limited water level for multi-reservoir system;③ the theory of dynamic control of flood limited water level for complex reservoir system.
