Analysis of water intake of Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project on hydrological monitoring

Abstract:In the past decades, more and more engineering structures have been built in the Yellow River and its tributaries, and most hydrological stations in the major tributaries will be affected. Taking water intake of the Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project as the research object, a mathematical model is established to simulate the impact of the project on the flow velocity and sediment carrying capacity of the hedi station at 900 m upstream, and the analysis conclusion is drawn, which provides technical support for the hydrological monitoring simulation analysis under the similar project construction.
