Abstract:For some complex and changeable stakeholder environments, such as urban flood management, it is diffi-cult for the one-dimensional analysis method to distinguish the characteristics and optimize the weight of stake-holders. Based on the social network analysis method, a variety of other stakeholder analysis methods are integrat-ed. Taking Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province as an example, a multi-dimensional urban flood stakeholder analysis sys-tem is established. This system provides more information for the participation mechanism and strategy formula-tion of urban flood stakeholders, so as to make urban flood management more effective.
