Abstract:In flood prevention and emergency rescue, there are often misreports, misjudgments and even out of control due to non-vegetated internal embankment protection engineering in flood diversion areas. In order to meet the dual purposes of external flood prevention and internal wave prevention, according to the current situation of the embankment in the flood diversion areas, combined with the actual situation of flood prevention and emergency rescue over the years, this paper analyzes the impact of non-vegetated internal protection engineering on emergency rescue, danger removal, embankment management and ecology, the destructive ability of wind and waves on the embankment body of the internal embankment section, and the feasibility of using other measures to replace block stone slope protection and wave prevention. It is believed that the internal embankment protection engineering of the flood diversion areas should be based on its protection focus, protection scope and protection objects. Choose plant slope protection or composite slope protection to prevent the erosion and destruction of the embankment slope caused by wind and waves after flood diversion and storage.
