Abstract:Through the remote sensing monitoring method based on multi-source information integration, operational remote sensing monitoring and analysis of different types of flood disasters can be carried out. The multi-source data needed for operational flood remote sensing monitoring and analysis was summarized, and the technical process method for operational flood remote sensing monitoring was put forward, and five technical steps, including emergency monitoring preparation, satellite image processing, rapid extraction of water body, flooded analysis and index calculation, and monitoring results filing, were described. In addition, operational monitoring of the large floods in the Poyang Lake and the middle reaches of the Huaihe River in 2020 were carried out. The application results show that the application of multi-source information integration method can provide multi-directional information for flood monitoring, such as water body range, flooded area, affected house and cultivated land and other impact assessment information. And powerful data support and information services for flood and drought disaster prevention can also be provided.
