Abstract:The flood and drought risk survey is an important part of the national comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters. The project has formed a large number of investigation and evaluation results. For the efficient management and indepth application of survey results,a management platform has been developed based on the pilot results of flood and drought risk survey in Shandong Province. The platform framework takes the data model as the core and the dynamic cache and vector slicing as the support to realize the orderly organization and efficient management of multi-source data; The platform provides the multi-dimensional comprehensive presentation of data with display boards and summary statistics and display of data with hierarchical classification; The platform integrates professional models such as hydrology, hydraulics and risk assessment to realize real-time analysis and calculation of rainstorm and flood inundation scope and risk, providing strong support for future smart water and digital twin. The platform has been successfully applied in the pilot flood and drought risk survey in Shandong Province, and the experience and practices can be used as a reference for the design and development of similar platforms.
