Analysis and design on inventory management of flash flood disaster risk regions

Abstract:The dynamic management inventory of risky regions is the basis of fine early warning of flash flood disasters. Based on the results of national flash flood disaster investigation and assessment, the technical route of compiling dynamic management inventory in risk regions is put forward, the filling form and work flow of dynamic management inventory in risky regions are designed, and the subordinate relationship of county, township, village and risky household is established to realize and update the dynamic management of all kinds of objects in the inventory. The mode of flash flood disaster early warning and response in risky regions is explored by using zoning and hierachial management and classified policy implementation.
