Abstract:Aiming at the smart water construction in Songhua-Liaohe River basin, this paper explores the construction of joint dispatching system for disaster prevention of water projects in Songhua-Liaohe River basin based on Digital Twins, systematically combs the current situation and shortcomings of the informatization and intelligent construction of watersectors in Songhua-Liaohe River basin, and puts forward the key technologies that need to be built in the Digital Twins basin, such as data base, professional model, knowledge models, and integration of forecasting and dispatching, as well as the main functions of the integrated business system for forecasting and dispatching in Songhua-Liaohe River basin. It provides support for promoting the construction of smart water sector in Songhua-Liaohe River basin, and also provides reference for the construction of the national Digital Twins basin.
