Abstract：With the popularization of smart phones and the rapid development of mobile internet, Wuxi flood prevention and rescue materials reserve center uses two-dimensional code technology to obtain relevant business information, instant messaging and interactive cooperation. The application of this technology makes the business information more real and accurate, makes the organization management more efficient and convenient, and effectively improves the information management level of the organs. Quick response code technology provides good technical support for the management of urban flood prevention material reserve and urban flood prevention and rescue work.
