    安徽安庆市防汛抗旱信息化建设现状与思考

    Situation and reflection of flood control and drought relieve informatization in Anqing City, Anhui Province

    • 摘要: 目前,安徽省安庆市防汛抗旱信息化已建成高清视频会商系统、业务平台、水文监测预报系统等,信息化水平不断提高,但也存在着整合共享掣肘多、洪水预报难度大、维护管理水平低等问题,针对存在的问题提出了统一规划、坚持标准化建设,夯实基础、完善监测系统,攻坚克难、建立科学实用的水情预演模型,创新思维、提高系统维护运行水平等对策建议。

       

      Abstract: Anqing City flood control and drought relief informatization has been built with high-definition video conference system, business platform and hydrological monitoring and forecasting system. However, it also has many constraints, such as integration and sharing issues, flood forecasting difficulties, maintenance concerns, and lack of management strategies. This paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions in an effort to resolve the problems.
