    河南省历史山洪灾害分布特征研究

    Study on the distribution characteristics of historical flash floods in Henan Province

    • 摘要: 山洪灾害是制约河南省经济社会发展的重要因素,而对历史山洪灾害分布特征研究则是进行山洪灾害防治必要的前期工作。以河南省历史山洪灾害点为数据源,以七大水文分区为基本单元,借助ArcGIS统计分析各分区内山洪灾害点的数量和密度,并进一步分析山洪灾害与地面高程、100年一遇6 h暴雨均值和高程标准差的分布关系,总结得到河南省历史山洪灾害的分布特征。结果表明:历史山洪主要分布在伏牛山深山区、沙颍河山丘区、洪汝河、唐白河、丹江浅山丘陵区,总占比达80.46%,且不同分区山洪灾害主要诱因有所差异。从高程、100年一遇6 h暴雨均值和高程标准差来看,历史山洪分别集中分布于140~240 m、290~320 m和0~20 m区间内,其中伏牛山深山区高程处于200~400 m、高程标准差小于50 m、100年一遇6 h暴雨均值在140~170 mm和200~230 mm区间内更易引发山洪灾害。

       

      Abstract: Flash flood disasters have been an important factor restricting the economic and social development in Henan Province,and the research on the distribution characteristics of historical flash flood disasters is the necessary preliminary work for flash flood disaster prevention and control. Taking 7 major hydrological divisions as the basic units,based on Henan Province historical flash flood disaster points,the number and density of flash floods in each sub-area were obtained via ArcGIS. Conduct further analysis research about the distribution relationships between flash flood and ground elevation,average value of 6 hours of rainstorm in a hundred years,standard deviation of elevation,and finally the distribution characteristics of historical flash flood disasters in Henan Province were summarized. The results showed that the historical flash floods were mainly distributed in the deep mountainous areas of Funiu mountain,the hilly areas of Shaying river,Hongru river,Tangbai river and hilly areas of Danjiang,which possess a proportion of 80.46% totally,and the main incentives for flash flood disasters in different districts are different. From the point of elevation,average value of 6 hours of rainstorm in a hundred years and standard deviation of elevation,the flash flood disasters were concentrated in the 140~240 m,290~320 m and 0~20 m intervals. For the deep mountain area of Funiu mountain,the ranges(elevation ranges from 200 to 400 m,standard deviation of elevation less than 50 m,average value of 6 hours of rainstorm in a hundred years ranges from 140 to 170 mm and from 200 to 230 mm)are relatively easier to cause flash flood disaster.
