    气象水文耦合预报技术在山洪灾害防御中的应用与展望

    Application and prospect of coupled atmospherichydrologic forecasting technology in flash flood disasters prevention

    • 摘要: 气象水文耦合预报能有效延长预见期,在山洪灾害防御中有广阔的应用前景。从降雨预报、流域水文模拟等方面系统阐述了气象水文耦合预报的研究进展、存在问题以及各技术方法的适用性,总结了气象水文耦合预报在山洪灾害防御中的应用现状和发挥的作用,指出了我国气象水文耦合预报技术仍处于探索与研究阶段的主要原因,以及需进一步发展努力的方向。

       

      Abstract: The coupled atmospheric-hydrologic forecasting technology is an effective way to extend the lead time in flood forecasting and has a wide prospect in flash flood disaster prevention. In this study, the research progress, issues and applicability of the coupled atmospheric-hydrologic forecasting technology are discussed in detail from the aspects of rainfall forecasting and watershed hydrological simulation. The application situation and function of the coupled atmospheric-hydrologic forecasting technology for flash flood disaster prevention is summarized. The technology is still at the stage of exploration and the research direction is put forward for flash flood disaster prevention.
