    “云”+“端”技术模式在山洪灾害防御中的应用与实践

    Application and practice of “cloud service” and “intelligent terminal” technology in flash flood disasters prevention

    • 摘要: 我国山洪灾害非工程措施建设十年来取得了丰硕的成果,但各地山洪灾害监测预警系统仍存在运行维护管理难度大、山洪预警精度有待提高等问题。针对以上问题提出的“云”+“端”技术模式,通过云计算、云服务及智能终端等新技术的应用,能够有效降低基层山洪灾害监测预警系统运维负担、提升监测预警信息的时效性和准确性,为山洪灾害防御决策提供支撑。
