    Analysis of storm flood and dispatching in Yi-Shu-Si River on August 14, 2020

    • 摘要: 受强对流影响,2020年8月13-14日,沂沭泗河出现强降雨过程,导致沂河发生1960年以来最大洪水,沭河发生1974年以来最大洪水。基于报汛数据对暴雨成因、雨洪过程、暴雨洪水特征、洪水重现期进行了分析,沂河临沂站和沭河大官庄站还原后洪峰重现期分别为15 a和22 a,对调度决策亮点进行了总结。

       

      Abstract: Influenced by strong convection, a heavy rainfall occurred in Yi-Shu-Si River from August 13 to 14, 2020, which led to the largest flood in Yihe River since 1960, and the largest flood in Shuhe River since 1974. Based on the flood information data, the paper analyzes the cause, process, characteristics and return period of flood. The return period of flood peak of Linyi station in Yihe River and Daguanzhuang station in Shuhe River after reduction are 15 years and 22 years respectively. As well as, this paper summarizes the highlights of the dispatching decision.
