    Research progress and prospects of water conservancy remote sensing technology and application

    • 摘要: 遥感技术如同水利行业的“千里眼”,近20年来遥感技术及应用学科取得诸多研究成果,但面向水利事业高质量发展新阶段与飞速发展的空间数据分析及挖掘新技术,迫切需要进一步弥补短板。回顾了我国水利遥感发展的主要历程,梳理了近20年来在水利遥感应用理论、水旱灾害监测评估、水土保持监测监管、跨境流域监测调查、水循环过程监测与参数反演、无人机低空遥感与野外监测实验等方面取得的主要研究成果,结合国家需求与技术发展趋势分析了水利遥感学科的发展趋势与近期重点研究任务。

       

      Abstract: Remote sensing technology is like the "clairvoyance" of water conservancy. In recent 20 years, the subject of remote sensing technology and its application have made a lot of achievements. However, in the new stage of high quality development of water conservancy undertakings and developed rapidly spatial data analysis and mining technology, effort is needed to further make up the technical shortcomings. This paper reviews the main course of the development of water conservancy remote sensing in China, and combed the main research achievements in many aspects in recent 20 years including remote sensing application theory, flood and drought disasters monitoring and assessment, monitoring and supervision of soil and water conservation, crossborder river basin monitoring survey, water cycle processes monitoring and parameter inversion, UAV low altitude remote sensing and field monitoring experiment, etc. Combining with the national demand and technology development trend, this paper analyzed the development trend and recent key research tasks of water conservancy remote sensing subject.
