    Analysis of urban flood control capability and research on diversion and distribution schemes under the adjustment of water system layout

    • 摘要: 城市化进程的日益加快和人类活动的不断加剧,对城市水环境造成了一系列影响,也增大了城市防洪排涝的压力。为探究城市内水系布局的调整对城市防洪排涝的影响以及城市水环境恶化的解决方案,以江苏宜兴市高铁新城为例,对原有水系布局进行调整、优化,运用MIKE11搭建了水系优化后的高铁新城水文水动力模型,对比水系布局优化前后各骨干河道的最高水位,分析水系布局对城市防洪的影响;并提出区域内可行的引配水思路,确定引配水工程规模,为城市水环境恶化提供解决方案。

       

      Abstract: The accelerating process of urbanization and the intensification of human activities have not only caused a series of impacts on the urban water environment, but also increased the pressure of urban flood control and drainage. In order to explore the impact of the adjustment of urban water system layout on urban flood control and drainage and the solution to the deterioration of urban water environment, taking the high- speed railway new town in Yixing City of Jiangsu Province as an example, the original water system layout is adjusted and optimized. The hydrological and hydrodynamic model of the high-speed railway new town after water system optimization is built by using MIKE11, and the maximum water level of each main river channel before and after water system layout optimization is compared to analyze the impact of water system layout on urban flood control. It also puts forward feasible ideas for water diversion and distribution in the region, determines the scale of water diversion and distribution project, and provides solutions for the deterioration of urban water environment.
