Abstract: Under the background of national cyberpower strategy and regional development, intelligent water conservancy is increasingly the important way to high-quality development of Songliao basin. In recent years, relying on the priority projects, the comprehensive information system of water conservancy, which includes water conservancy information infrastructure, water conservancy business application and information security environment, has been preliminary built. But there are still many deficiencies, such as imperfect monitoring and perception system, insufficient basic environmental support capacity, lack of resource integration and sharing, decentralized application system management, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to vigorously promote the construction of intelligent water conservancy in Songliao River Basin. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of informatization development of Songliao Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources, general ideas, strategies and key tasks about intelligent water conservancy construction were elaborated, and the next work plans were put forward. It provides a reference for comprehensively promoting the intelligent water conservancy construction of Songliao River Basin.
