    黄河下游堤防工程标准化管理平台设计与实现

    Design and realization of standardization management platform for dike engineering in the Lower Yellow River

    • 摘要: 黄河下游堤防工程岸线长、工程量大、布置点多、覆盖面广,管理难度大,特别是近年来,随着堤路结合工程、流域生态保护和高质量发展建设,对堤防工程日常管理提出了更高的要求,推进标准化管理可有效提升管理效率,其中信息化建设与应用是落实标准化管理的关键技术手段。根据水利部黄河水利委员会水利工程标准化管理工作需求,对黄河下游堤防工程标准化管理平台进行了总体设计,明确了平台功能结构,重点阐述了岗位责任管理、工程巡查、维修养护等功能模块。针对当前大多数堤防工程标准化管理平台面对较为复杂的工程结构时无法快速精准定位问题,本平台引入基于倾斜摄影的工程三维实景模型技术,并对其应用开展了关键技术研究。

       

      Abstract: The dike projects in the lower reaches of the Yellow River has the characteristics of large amount of work, long shoreline, many layout points, wide coverage and so on, so it is difficult to manage. In recent years, the combination of dike projects and roads, river basin ecological protection and high-quality development and construction, higher requirements have been put forward for the daily management of dike projects. Promoting standardized management can effectively improve the management efficiency. Among them, information construction and application are the key technical means to implement standardized management. Information technology is the key technical means to implement standardized management. According to the requirements of water works standardization management of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of water resources, the overall design of the standardized management platform of the embankment project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is carried out, the functional structure of the platform is defined, and the functional modules such as job responsibility management, routine inspection, repair and maintenance are emphasized. In view of the problem that most of the current standardized management platforms of embankment projects cannot locate quickly and accurately in the face of complex engineering structures, this platform introduces the engineering 3D visual reality technology based on tilt photography, and carries out key technology research on its application.
