Abstract: The flood prevention and early warning platform is a strong support and guarantee for preventing flood disasters.The construction goal,overall structure,function design,key technology realization and network structure of the grassroots flood prevention and early warning platform in Anhui Province are introduced.The platform adopts a three-tier architecture,integrates big data resources in the flood management business,and divides the business modules.The platform realizes the simultaneous display of the web terminal and the App,and integrates the voice query and auxiliary decision-making applications.The platform has opened up information paths among government agencies,flood management personnel and the public,and improved the modernization level of grassroots flood prevention monitoring and early warning.
