    郑州中心城区2021年“7·20”特大暴雨洪涝复盘模拟分析

    Retrospective simulation and analysis on “7·20” extreme rainstorm and flood in central urban area of Zhengzhou City

    • 摘要: : 2021年7月17-23日,河南省发生历史罕见特大暴雨,全省遭受严重洪涝灾害,造成了重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,其中郑州市受灾尤为严重。为了支撑国务院郑州“7·20”特大暴雨灾害调查组的相关工作,采用洪水分析软件IFMS/Urban构建郑州中心城区暴雨洪涝模型,对中心城区积水情况进行了模拟,并分析了郑州市主要内河的水位情况,为揭示灾害成因和重构灾害情景提供依据及参考。

       

      Abstract: There is a rare super rainstorm in history occurred in Henan Province from July 17 to 23 in 2021, which suffered severe flooding, resulting in heavy casualties and property losses, especially in Zhengzhou City. In order to support the relevant work of the Zhengzhou "7·20" extreme rainstorm disaster investigation team of the State Council, a rainstorm and flood model in the central urban area of Zhengzhou City is developed by using IFMS/Urban flood analysis software, and the water accumulation in the central urban area is simulated, the water level of the main inland rivers in Zhengzhou City is analyzed. The research results provide a basis and reference for revealing the causes of disasters and reconstructing disaster scenarios.
