    小流域数字孪生建设关键技术研究及应用——以广东佛山市三水区大塘引涌为例

    Research and application of key technologies for digital twin construction in small Watersheds——Taking DaTang Diversion channel in SanShui District of Foshan City in Guangdong Province as an example

    • 摘要: 数字孪生流域是在三维地理信息数字底板基础上,耦合水文、水动力等专业模型,结合基于数据驱动的机器学习等技术,构建流域自然要素与管理业务之间的响应关系,实现流域防洪“四预”(预报、预警、预演、预案),为流域管理和高质量发展提供技术支持。珠江三角洲流域水网密布,通过数字孪生小流域快速构建技术,能有效推动大流域数字孪生建设步伐。以广东佛山市三水区大塘引涌为例,通过无人机倾斜摄影技术快速构建小流域三维实景模型,应用地理信息系统(GIS)技术进行三维实景发布,结合视频水位流量监测,集成基于机器学习的小流域短历时水文预报模型,实现了区域水情监测、预报及预演,为数字孪生小流域构建及“四预”应用提供了成套解决方案。

       

      Abstract: Digital twin wateshed is to build the response relationship between natural factors of watersheds and management business, based on the three- dimensional geographic information digital baseboard, coupled with hydrological, hydrodynamic and other professional models, combined with data- driven machine learning and other technologies, so as to realize the four flood prevention functions (forecasting, early-warning, drill and emergency plan, FEDE) of watersheds., and provide technical support for watershed management and high-quality development. The Pearl River Delta Basin has a dense water network. The rapid development technology of digital twin small watersheds can effectively promote the pace of digital twin development of large river basins. Taking Datang diversion channel in Sanshui District of Foshan City as an example, the three-dimensional real scene model of small watersheds was quickly constructed by using UAV tilt photography technology, and the three- dimensional real scene was published by GIS technology. Combined with video water level and flow monitoring, the short-term hydrological prediction model of small watersheds based on machine learning is integrated to realize regional water regime monitoring, forecasting and drill, providing a complete set of solutions for the development of digital twin small watersheds and the application of FEDE.
