    城陵矶防洪蓄洪控制水位抬高研究

    Study on the adaptability of water level raising for flood control and storage of Chenglingji Site

    • 摘要: 受螺山卡口泄流不畅的约束,长江洪水体现在城陵矶附近集中的特点,洞庭湖作为关键的调蓄场所,其调蓄能力对于荆江到汉口河段的防洪影响举足轻重。介绍了城陵矶附近洪水特点,分析了城陵矶控制水位抬高的合理性,提出了在现有江湖格局下,抬高城陵矶防洪蓄洪控制水位至35.50 m,通过三峡水库及上游梯级水库群的补偿调度,减少蓄洪成灾水量;可增加调洪蓄洪容积60亿m3,城陵矶附近超额洪量将不超过200亿m3。通过抬高城陵矶控制水位,既可维系现有江湖有计划分蓄洪格局,保证长江中游防洪安全,亦能够破解洞庭湖区防汛和防洪的困局。

       

      Abstract: Constrained by the poor discharge of Luoshan bottle- neck reach, the Yangtze River flood is concentrated near Chenglingji site in the main stream of the Yangtze River. Dongting Lake, as the key flood regulation and storage place, has a significant impact on the flood prevention of the Yangtze River to Jingjiang-Hankou reach. The characteristics of flood near Chenglingji are introduced, and the adaptability of flood control and storage water level raising of Chenglingji is analyzed. It is proposed to raise the control water level to 35.8m under the current situation of the rivers and lakes, and with the joint operation o the Three Gorges Reservoir and the upstream cascade reservoirs, the flood peak of Chenglingji will be reduced. The volume of flood storage can be increased by 6 billion m3, and the excess flood near Chenglingji will not exceed 20 billion m3. By raising the control water level of Chenglingji site, not only the existing planned flood storage pattern in the rivers and lakes can be maintained which can ensure the flood prevention safety in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, but also the difficulties of flood prevention in Dongting Lake district can be solved.
