Abstract:
Actively responding to the call and requirements of "Digital Twin Project Construction" during the fourteenth fiveyear period of the Ministry of Water Resources,combining with the actual needs of regional flash flood disaster prevention,taking Tuoli County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,the system framework,construction content,technical route and implementation method of the pilot construction of FEDE (four functions of forecast,early warning,drill and emergency plan) for flash flood disasters based on digital twin technology are proposed.It is planned to establish a digital twin flash flood disaster FEDE platform system in Tuoli County including information infrastructure,data base,model base,knowledge base and flash flood disaster FEDE functions.It can solve the current problems of the lack of data on the prevention and control of flash flood disasters,low forecast accuracy,weak early warning communication,and difficult rehearsal and implementation,and improve the regional flash flood disaster prevention capabilities and ensure the safety of people's lives and properties.It will lay a solid foundation for the following construction of "Digital Twin Watershed" and "Digital Twin Project" in Xinjiang.
