    Suggestions on revision and verification evaluation on classification standard of difficulties on drinking water due to droughts

    • 摘要: 干旱灾害是影响我国经济社会发展的主要自然灾害之一,在对农业生产造成损失的同时,往往对农村饮水也产生较为显著的影响。伴随着我国农村饮水安全问题实现历史性解决这一重大成就,我国干旱影响饮水情况也有了巨大的变化。因此,2015年颁布的国家标准《区域旱情等级》(GB/T 32135-2015)中规定的因旱饮水困难评价标准已不符合当前实际情况。鉴于此,基于历史数据在对因旱饮水困难情况进行分析的基础上提出修订建议,并对长江流域2022年干旱进行了验证评价。

       

      Abstract: Drought disaster is one of the major natural disasters that affect the economic and social development of China.It not only causes serious losses to agricultural production,but also has a significant impact on rural drinking water.With the historic achievement of solving the problem of rural drinking water safety in China,the situation of drought affecting drinking water in China has also undergone tremendous changes.Therefore,the evaluation criteria for drinking water difficulties due to drought stipulated in the national standard "Classification of regional drought severity" issued in 2015 are also significantly different from the actual situation.Based on the analysis of the evaluation criteria for the impact of drought disasters on drinking water,revision suggestions are put forward.These suggestions on revision were verified in the drought of the Yangtze River basin in 2022.
