    基于海绵城市的城市洪涝防御体系研究

    Research on urban flood and waterlogging defense systems based on sponge city

    • 摘要: 城市洪涝灾害已经成为不容忽视的城市水问题,而海绵城市作为国家新型雨水管理战略成为当前的研究热点。从海绵城市理念出发,将城市洪涝防御体系从流域河湖大海绵、管网中海绵和源头小海绵3个方面阐述,并结合广州市经验对城市洪涝防御提出对策建议,以期为我国城市洪涝防御提供指导。

       

      Abstract: Urban flood and waterlogging disaster have become an urban water problem that cannot be ignored. As a new national rainwater management strategy, sponge city has become a current research hotspot. Based on the idea of sponge city, this paper expounds the urban flood and waterlogging defense systems from three aspects:large sponge in river and lake, medium sponge in pipe network and small sponge in source. Combined with the experience of Guangzhou City, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the urban flood and waterlogging defense, in order to provide some guidance for the urban flood and waterlogging defense in China.
