    丰满水库和白山水库联合调度防洪能力分析

    The flood control capacity analysis on joint operation of Fengman and Baishan reservoirs

    • 摘要: 丰满水库和白山水库是第二松花江上重要的防洪控制性工程。由于丰满大坝重建和洪水系列延长,丰满水库关键防洪特性指标与丰满水库、白山水库设计洪水成果均发生了变化,直接影响了原有水库防洪调度方案的有效性,亟须结合新的工程条件与资料情况重新制定防洪联合调度方案。采取两库合成一库的模式,基于新的设计洪水成果,分析水库的防洪能力。研究结果表明: ①丰满水库和白山水库调洪库容总量可以支撑两库完成全部防洪任务; ②当遭遇单峰型洪水,仅靠丰满水库即可完成全部防洪任务,不需借助白山水库拦蓄洪水; ③当遭遇100年一遇以上的双峰型洪水,丰满水库单库的防洪能力已不能支撑其完成全部防洪任务,需要白山水库协助。

       

      Abstract: Fengman and Baishan reservoirs are important flood control projects on the second Songhua River. Due to the reconstruction of the Fengman Dam and the extension of the flood series, the key flood control characteristics of Fengman Reservoir and the design flood results of Fengman and Baishan reservoirs have undergone important changes. Affected the effectiveness of the original reservoir flood regulation plan, it is urgent to re-formulate the flood joint regulation plan based on the new engineering and data conditions. The research adopts the model of combining two reservoirs into one reservoir, and analyzes the flood control capacity of the reservoirs based on the new design flood results. The research results show that:(1) The total flood regulation capacity of Fengman and Baishan can support the two reservoirs to complete all flood control tasks;(2) When encountering a single-peak flood, all flood control tasks can be completed by Fengman Reservoir alone, without the use of Baishan Reservoir to retain floods;(3) When encountering a double-peak flood of more than 100 years, the flood control ability of a single reservoir in Fengman Reservoir can no longer support it to complete all flood control tasks, and it needs the assistance of Baishan Reservoir.
