Abstract:
The Beijing Flood Control Emergency Command and Dispatching System is an important system built by the Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau for the flood control sectors to provide comprehensive assistance in decision-making, organize and coordinate the emergency rescue of flood and drought disasters in the city, and has played an important role after being put into use. This paper introduces the design idea, overall framework and system components of the Beijing flood control emergency command and dispatching system in detail, and focuses on some system functions and application results, providing reference and reference for flood control and drought relief emergency business and technical personnel.
