    江苏省数字孪生水网建设总体构想与先试经验

    The overall framework and pilot experience of digital twin water grid construction in Jiangsu Province

    • 摘要: 智慧水利体系已经迈入数字孪生水利建设的新阶段,对于推动水利高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。结合江苏省河湖水系特点与水利管理治理工作实际,依据相关试行标准规范,结合数字孪生江苏省太湖地区典型水网工程先行先试项目,从数字孪生水网建设框架、总体要求、信息基础设施、数据底板、模型平台、知识平台、智能中枢和业务场景等方面提出了建设需求与要求,形成了江苏省数字孪生水网建设的总体构想,从项目建设中总结经验,探索数字孪生水网建设路径。实践表明:数字孪生水网建设总体技术要求具有可操作性和指导性,可为江苏省乃至全国数字孪生水利建设提供参考和借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The smart water systems has entered a new stage of digital twin water sector construction, which is of great practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of water sector. Based on the characteristics of river and lake systems in Jiangsu Province and the actual water management and governance work, according to the relevant pilot standards and specifications, combined with the pilot project of typical water grid projects in the Taihu Lake area of Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward the construction needs and requirements from the aspects of digital twin water gird construction framework, overall requirements, information infrastructure, data baseplate, model platform, knowledge platform, intelligent hub and business scenarios, forming the overall ideas of digital twin water grid construction in Jiangsu Province, and summarizing experience from project construction. Exploring the path of digital twin water grid construction. Practice has shown that the overall technical requirements of digital twin water grid construction are operability and guidance, which can provide a useful reference for digital twin water sector construction in Jiangsu and even the whole country.
