Abstract:
The smart water systems has entered a new stage of digital twin water sector construction, which is of great practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of water sector. Based on the characteristics of river and lake systems in Jiangsu Province and the actual water management and governance work, according to the relevant pilot standards and specifications, combined with the pilot project of typical water grid projects in the Taihu Lake area of Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward the construction needs and requirements from the aspects of digital twin water gird construction framework, overall requirements, information infrastructure, data baseplate, model platform, knowledge platform, intelligent hub and business scenarios, forming the overall ideas of digital twin water grid construction in Jiangsu Province, and summarizing experience from project construction. Exploring the path of digital twin water grid construction. Practice has shown that the overall technical requirements of digital twin water grid construction are operability and guidance, which can provide a useful reference for digital twin water sector construction in Jiangsu and even the whole country.
