    • 摘要: 为了解公众的气象灾害防御科普素养现状,探索突发性气象灾害应急科普传播策略,面向公众开展了问卷调查。结果显示,公众参加气象灾害防御科普活动的普及率为86.96%,以1~5分为标准,公众气象灾害防御能力自评平均得分为3.86分,网络是公众获取气象灾害防御知识的主要途径。结合“5W”(Who,What,To Whom,In Which Channel,With What Effect)传播模式,可以从5个方面提升气象灾害应急科普的传播策略:①突发性气象灾害应急科普的主体应广泛;②传播内容应包括强对流天气、对农林牧渔业影响较大的气象灾害及气象灾害引发的次生灾害的防御知识;③应急科普须精准对接受众的需求,农林牧渔从业者、户外劳动者、青少年学生及老年群体是突发性气象灾害应急科普的重点受众;④充分利用融媒体技术,以多样化路径开展传播;⑤从推进应急科普长效机制建设、强化科普主体主动科普意识、满足科普受众主动获取科普信息的需求和推进科普传播手段信息化建设等多方努力,有助于提升应急科普的传播效果。

       

      Abstract: To understand the current status of public literacy in meteorological disaster prevention science popularization and explore the communication strategies for emergency science popularization of sudden meteorological disasters, a questionnaire survey for the public was conducted. The results showed that, the popularization rate of public participation in Participate in meteorological disaster prevention science popularization activities was 86.96%, the average self-evaluation score of public meteorological disaster prevention ability was 3.86 points (based on a score of 1 to 5), and the internet was the main way for the public to obtain knowledge on meteorological disaster prevention. Combined with the "5W" communication model, the communication strategy of meteorological disaster emergency science popularization can be improved from 5 aspects: ① Expand the scope of emergency science popularization subjects for sudden meteorological disasters; ② Include preventive knowledge about severe convective weather, meteorological disasters affecting agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery, and secondary disasters triggered by meteorological hazards in communication content; ③ Emergency science must accurately meet the needs of the audience, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery practitioners, outdoor workers, young students and the elderly are the key audiences of emergency science popularization of sudden meteorological disasters; ④ Science popularization and dissemination should be carried out through diversified channels with the help of integrated media technology; ⑤ It is helpful to improve the communication effect of emergency science popularization by promoting the construction of a long-term mechanism for emergency science popularization, strengthening the awareness of active science popularization of science subjects, meeting the needs of science popularization audiences to actively obtain science popularization information, and promoting the informatization construction of science popularization means.
