    新安江模型在无资料地区的水文模拟预报以湖南岳阳市乌江流域为例

    Hydrological simulation forecast of Xin'anjiang model in areas without data — Taking the Wujiang River Basin in Yueyang City, Hunan Province as an example

    • 摘要: 为了对未建设水文站点的流域进行水情预报分析,以湖南岳阳市乌江流域“20230521”暴雨洪水为例,通过实地洪水调查和《湖南省暴雨查算手册》查算出的流域设计洪水过程成果资料,率定新安江模型参数。使用新安江模型可在无资料地区进行水情预报分析,预报成果可为今后防汛决策提供及时、准确的水文数据,填补无资料地区水文预报和洪水发展趋势分析的空白,为下游地区防洪减灾的防汛调度和减少灾害损失提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: In order to forecast and analyze the water regime of the basins without hydrologic stations, the "20230521" rainstorm flood in the Wujiang River Basin of Yueyang City, Hunan Province is taken as an example, and the parameters of the Xin'an River model are calibrated based on the results of the basin design flood process calculated through the field flood survey and the rainstorm calculation manual in Hunan Province. The Xin'anjiang model can be used for water situation forecasting and analysis in areas without data. The forecast results are expected to provide timely and accurate hydrological data for future flood control decisions, fill the gap in hydrological forecasting and flood development trend analysis in areas without stations, and provide technical support for flood control and disaster reduction scheduling in downstream areas, as well as reducing disaster losses.
