    山地丘陵河谷地区海绵城市系统方案编制探讨——以福建南平市南林片区为例

    Exploration on the preparation of sponge city system plan in mountainous, hilly, and river valley regions — Taking Nanlin Area of Nanping City, Fujian Province as an example

    • 摘要: 以典型山地丘陵河谷地区福建南平市南林片区的海绵城市建设为例,系统梳理片区山水入城、内涝风险、城市开发等问题和需求,基于目标导向和问题导向,构建“源头减排—雨水管渠—排涝除险”的片区海绵城市方案,并参考梯田原理建立“山—城—水”3级雨水管控体系,实现片区内涝防治标准达到30年一遇。

       

      Abstract: Taking the construction of sponge cities in the Nanlin area of Nanping City, Fujian Province, a typical mountainous, hilly, and valley region as an example, that systematically examines the issues and needs related to the integration of mountains and waters into the city, the risk of waterlogging, and urban development. Based on goal oriented and problem oriented approaches, a sponge city plan for the area is constructed, which includes "source emission reduction, rainwater pipes and channels, and drainage and risk elimination". Referring to the principle of terraced fields, a three-level rainwater management and control system of "mountain, city, water" is established to achieve a 30-year standard for waterlogging prevention and control in the area.
