Abstract:
In order to respond to the demand of urgent need for information on the impact area and degree during major flood disasters, Disaster information acquisition system is designed based on model simulation, remote sensing interpretation, and socialized disaster investigation, which includes rainfall and hydrologic information, creating flood schemes, managing schemes, displaying disaster distribution maps, and synchronizing data functional modules. The system integrates the flood inundation analysis engine, flood impact and loss assessment engine, disaster relief capability gap analysis component, reconstruction demand analysis algorithm, etc. It can automatically start the operation of relevant models according to the specific rainstorm and flood conditions, and interacts with the models in real time, rolling simulation according to the set rule, rolling merge with inundation range extracted from remote sensing, as well as socialized disaster investigated information, analyzes the disaster relief capability gap and reconstruction demand grades, dynamically updates the disaster situation of various dimensions and multi-scale, dynamically displays the disaster information with the multi scene base map, and outputs the statistical chart of flood disaster, which achieves rapid, dynamic and accurate acquisition of the flood disasters.
