    Design flood determination for small basin without record in Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province

    • 摘要: 基于山洪调查成果,以昭通市昭阳区乐居乡仁和村大木桥组和永丰镇新民居委会海口桥组所在小流域为例,应用水文地理法和瞬时单位线法分别进行设计洪水计算,并通过与以往文献结果的比较分析,辨析了两种方法的特点及适用性。计算结果表明,作为当地经验公式代表的水文地理法虽然形式简单、易于操作、资料依赖程度低,但由于参数选择的主观性较强,在缺乏资料率定的情况下,计算结果偏小;而瞬时单位线法物理意义明确,洪水过程刻画更为细致,且计算结果与以往文献结果有较高的一致性,是两种方法中的优选方案。

       

      Abstract: Base on flash flood survey results,taking a small basin in Zhaotong City as an example, two methods are adopted for calculating design flood, which are:hydro-geography and instantaneous unit hydrograph. The discriminations and the characteristic of two methods are studied in detail using comparative analysis. The results indicates that the hydro-geography method is simple,easy to use and less dependent on data; Therefore, is widely used locally as an empirical formula. However, due to the subjectivity selecting parameters,results are generally smaller for situation where the data is lacking. The instantaneous unit hydrograph has a clear physical definition; it depicts flood processes more meticulous. Therefore, the results have higher consistency with other literatures in the past. In conclusions, the method of instantaneous unit hydrograph is optimal.
