下垫面变化对城市内涝的影响

The Effects of Land Cover Change to Urban Flood

摘要: 采用美国农业部提出的SCS水文模型计算产流、二维非恒定流公式计算汇流、概化排水管网计算排水，构建了城市洪涝灾害积水模型。以蚌埠市为例，通过分析2006年与2014年的土壤及下垫面资料，确定产流关键参数，计算20年重现期降雨条件下的城市积水情况，对比分析了下垫面变化对内涝灾害的影响。
