    基于多源信息融合的业务化洪水遥感监测分析

    Analysis of operational flood remote sensing monitoring based on multi-source information integration

    • 摘要: 基于多源信息融合的遥感监测方法可对不同类型的洪水灾害开展业务化遥感监测分析。总结了业务化洪水遥感监测分析需要的多源数据,提出了业务化洪水遥感监测的技术流程方法,阐述了应急监测准备、卫星影像处理、水体提取、受淹分析、指标计算、监测成果归档6个技术步骤,并在2020年长江鄱阳湖和淮河中游大洪水业务化监测开展分析。结果表明,应用多源信息融合方法,可为洪水监测提供多方位信息,提供水体范围、淹没面积、房屋耕地等影响评价的信息,为水旱灾害防御提供有力的数据支撑和信息服务。

       

      Abstract: Through the remote sensing monitoring method based on multi-source information integration, operational remote sensing monitoring and analysis of different types of flood disasters can be carried out. The multi-source data needed for operational flood remote sensing monitoring and analysis was summarized, and the technical process method for operational flood remote sensing monitoring was put forward, and five technical steps, including emergency monitoring preparation, satellite image processing, rapid extraction of water body, flooded analysis and index calculation, and monitoring results filing, were described. In addition, operational monitoring of the large floods in the Poyang Lake and the middle reaches of the Huaihe River in 2020 were carried out. The application results show that the application of multi-source information integration method can provide multi-directional information for flood monitoring, such as water body range, flooded area, affected house and cultivated land and other impact assessment information. And powerful data support and information services for flood and drought disaster prevention can also be provided.
