摘要为提高相关部门针对广州市中心城区暴雨条件下应急管理能力,采用SWMM(Storm Water Management Model)模型,通过现状排水管网等资料建立模型并根据实测降雨及液位监测数据进行参数率定。率定后再通过另一场实测降雨对模型进行验证,证明了所建模型能对该研究区域的排水情况进行较准确地模拟。采用Python语言将建立的模型嵌入ArcGIS,实现城市径流在线实时模拟,建立内涝预警系统,模拟结果直接在ArcGIS中展示,便于制定预警方案。
Abstract:In order to improve the management capacity on emergency of relevant departments during storms in Guangzhou urban area, SWMM (Storm water Management Model) was applied to simulating the rainfall-runoff process. The model parameters were calibrated based on the water elevation monitoring in the storm pipes during an observed storm event. Another observed storm event was used to verify the parameters, demonstrating that the model can estimate the flow in the drainage system with acceptable accuracy. The model was embedded into ArcGIS by Python to establish a early-warning system based on real- time simulation of the rainfall-runoff process. The direct presentation of the simulation results in ArcGIS helps with emergency schemes implementation.
