Abstract:Taking drought emergency water resources connection project in lower reaches of Achek- River in Lopu County as an example, the project design and key points are discussed. The relevance of water resources among the river, the reservoir and irrigation area emergency drought water requirement are analyzed. Analysis and calculation methods for drought emergency water resources connection project are proposed. Meanwhile, the practical engineering measures are offered to relief the drought in irrigation area. In addition, feasible water amount, water conveyance capacity and investment scale for the connecting project are confirmed. This study provides reference value to relative projects.
