Research on application of UAV network remote sensing observation technology in flood disaster emergency monitoring

Abstract:In recent years, Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) remote sensing technology has developed rapidly. Due to its strong flexibility and high timeliness, it has unique advantages in flood disaster emergency monitoring and has become a powerful means for flood disaster emergency monitoring. Due to the low efficiency of UAV single operation and poor adaptability of load platform, it is difficult to meet the needs of flood disaster large-scale emergency monitoring; and UAV network remote sensing observation technology is the current development trend. This paper summarizes the current situation and development trend of UAV flood monitoring at home and abroad and introduces UAV network remote sensing observation technology and its application in emergency monitoring of Poyang Lake flood disaster in 2020. The application results show that UAV network remote sensing observation technology expands the breadth and depth of UAV flood disaster application and is the future development direction.
